Proclinical is seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support the commercial teams across the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria). This role involves providing administrative and organizational assistance to ensure smooth operations. Ideally based in central Germany, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day activities for the sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage administrative tasks such as processing expenses and maintaining trackers on SharePoint.
2. Oversee company lease car administration.
3. Coordinate the issuance of equipment for new starters, including phones, laptops, and business cards.
4. Organize and arrange meetings, events, and congresses.
5. Provide general support to ensure the efficient functioning of the sales and marketing teams.
Key Skills and Requirements:
