LVC Modeling and Simulation Planner
The Opportunity:
As a Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) Modeling and Simulation Planner, you have the chance to shape USEUCOM training and exercises by assisting with LVC efforts within the USEUCOM area of responsibility (AOR). You will serve as the Modeling and Simulation Planner for Constructive exercises in the EUCOM AOR. You will also work up and out with Joint Staff and other stakeholders in the LVC community, and with NATO, Allies, and Partners. Grow your skills and experience managing the execution of technical projects and programs. Your customer will trust you to understand LVC within the AOR and facilitate Joint and Allied LVC integration.

You Have:
1. 5+ years of experience with Department of Defense (DoD) simulation models, environments, and standards
2. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to various audiences
3. Ability to be adaptive, introspective, and willing to learn, teach, lead, and follow
4. Top Secret clearance
5. Associate’s degree and 8+ years of experience planning military exercises, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience planning military exercises
Nice If You Have:
6. Experience working with NATO, Allies, or other international partners
7. Experience with simulation federations, system architectures, network protocols, Run Time Interfaces, and data standards used for LVC integration such as DIS or HLA
8. Experience with Maven Smart System
9. Ability to produce simulation-stimulation diagrams in software such as Visio or Cameo
10. Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
11. TS/SCI clearance
12. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
