We are seeking a Medical Excellence Professional to join our team.
This role will focus on ensuring local medical excellence and operations comply with AbbVie processes, the Code of Business Conduct, ethics, regulatory requirements, and local laws.
* Develop and implement processes, tools, and materials to drive medical excellence
* Monitor current market trends and derive actionable recommendations
* Lead digital transformation projects (e.g., AbbVie internet presence, multi- and omnichannel communication, and expertise building for the medical infield team)

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* A scientific degree; advanced degree (e.g., MS, PhD, MD, PharmD) preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong planning, organizational, and strategic abilities
* Good experience in project management
* Proficient with Office 365
