HR Director EMEA Location : Germany
Our client is the global leader in automotive, serving OEMs and tier one suppliers across the mobility space. They are seeking an experienced HR Director – Europe to lead regional human resources strategy.
This role is central to achieving key business objectives through effective human capital management, policy execution, and team leadership. The HR Director will work closely with local and global leadership to support organizational development, compliance, and workforce performance across the region.
Ensure compliance with all statutory employment requirements across European locations
Lead and manage total compensation programs, including salary, incentives, benefits, and retirement offerings
Oversee the preparation and management of HR budgets; contribute to global financial planning through analysis of headcount and cost data
Coach, guide, and mentor both direct and indirect HR team members across multiple sites
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations, systems, and practices
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
~ Professional HR certification (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
~10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience across multiple manufacturing facilities
~ Demonstrated expertise in organizational development and change management
