You’ll need to collaborate closely with your fellow co-founder on decisions across the business including finance, support, external partnerships and investor relations. You will need to source and hire a team to work with you and be a strong communicator and advocate for the business at industry events and investor meetings. You can shape scientific strategy at an early stage, work with a dynamic innovative team and build the future of food, creating sustainable, plant-based whole cuts of meat through fermentation of mycelium.
