I am a team player with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken German and English, and I maintain a proactive, structured approach to compliance and risk management. I am familiar with EU cybersecurity legislation, including NIS2, and industry standards such as ISO 27001 and TISAX. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CRISC) are a strong plus. Responsibilities: In my new role, I play a pivotal part in ensuring BASF Coatings meets evolving cybersecurity regulations and industry standards. I lead and coordinate the implementation of regulatory requirements like the EU NIS2 Directive, ensuring full compliance across relevant entities and systems. I manage global cybersecurity regulatory requirements, including TISAX for the automotive industry and other sector-specific frameworks. I act as the central liaison between internal stakeholders, legal teams, and external auditors to ensure alignment with compliance obligations. I conduct gap analyses, risk assessments, and develop remediation plans in line with EU and global regulatory requirements.
