With a growing portfolio of wind and solar assets across Europe, they are seeking an Investment Manager to strengthen their team in Offenbach. The company focuses on originating, structuring, and executing renewable investments, delivering long-term value for their institutional investors.

Responsibilities
* Leading the origination and execution of renewable energy transactions, including wind and solar projects across Europe
* Structuring and negotiating financing, investment, and shareholder agreements
* Supporting portfolio companies with growth initiatives and strategic projects
* Conducting financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence for potential acquisitions
* Preparing investment committee materials and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with developers, banks, and co-investors
What we are looking for:
* 5 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure funds, or project finance with a focus on energy or renewables
* Strong track record in executing transactions, financial modelling, and valuation
* Commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and structuring skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and transactions simultaneously
* Fluent German and English are essential
