We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our innovative AI Enablement team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions across various business departments. Your contributions will directly optimize critical processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable systems that support the AI lifecycle
* Develop infrastructure and APIs that integrate third-party services with internal systems
* Build and maintain an LLM evaluation framework
* Partner with product teams to design and deliver accessible AI solutions
* Stay up to date with the latest trends in technology and you are not afraid to propose some findings during our GSDD.
* Work within your cross-functional team to uphold the highest technology standards right across the product
* Significant software engineering experience in one or more general purpose programming languages including Python or Kotlin
* A natural tendency to automate repetitive tasks
* An eye for detail and care for user experience
* Cloud platform expertise with AWS, GCP, (Bedrock, Vertex AI)
* Experience with modern engineering practices such as clean code, TDD, refactoring, CI/CD.
* Sound understanding of microservice architecture
* Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases, preferably Postgres
* Appreciation of working in a modern cloud architecture, preferably with AWS
Experience building CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling such as: Terraform, Spotinst, Datadog, OpenSearch
Language Skills: full professional proficiency in English
