Position Overview: HRBP Head to lead and manage the Human Resources function across multiple countries for the world's leading solar company.
Spanish and English proficiency are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Budget Management
- Develop and manage the HR budget for the European & LATAM region, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Monitor HR-related expenditures, including recruitment, training, activities, compensation adjustments, and other costs.
- Analyze cost-effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommend improvements to optimize ROI.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all locations.
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience across all hiring processes.
- Analyze market trends and workforce data to optimize hiring practices.
3. Training & Development:
- Design and oversee the delivery of training programs to enhance employee capabilities and leadership competencies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and drive continuous improvement.
4. Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process to ensure alignment with business goals and individual development.
- Partner with managers to set clear performance expectations, conduct reviews, and identify high-potential employees.
- Implement strategies to address performance gaps and improve productivity across the region.
5. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local, regional, and international laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations cases within legal and budgetary frameworks.
- Proactively identify and mitigate HR-related risks.
6. Organization Change Management:
- Lead organizational structure reviews to optimize efficiency and support business growth.
- Provide expertise on role design, team dynamics, and cross-functional collaboration.
8. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention within budget constraints.
- Analyze employee feedback and identify cost-effective strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Implement recognition programs and other engagement activities that align with budgetary considerations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Experience in a multi-country environment with knowledge of international HR practices and regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of European & LATAM labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate complex and dynamic work environments.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required; additional European languages are a plus.
Work Environment:
This role requires travel and the ability to work across different time zones, and must be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
