1. Guide quality-assured component and product development projects as a discipline expert in design and additive manufacturing, emphasizing the benefits of novel manufacturing technologies.
2. Enhance the efficiency, robustness, cycling capabilities, and operational flexibility of the industrial steam turbine portfolio through your expertise.
3. Drive global innovation by establishing design standards, guidelines, and roadmaps within your areas of expertise.
4. Hold global technical responsibility by participating in gate decisions, project reviews, and audits.
5. Provide technical guidance and support to the business and communities, fostering idea generation and collaboration across disciplines.
6. Mentor in high-profile R&D projects, leading initiatives to address technical issues and working with sales and strategy teams to translate customer needs into new technologies.
What You Bring
7. Possess extensive experience in the design of turbomachines.
8. Demonstrate extensive technological knowledge in design and design for manufacturing, particularly in additive manufacturing, and identify suitable manufacturing processes for turbine components.
