M365 Endpoint Administrator & Support
Job Summary:
This role involves providing level 2 technical support for complex incidents, conducting daily reporting activities, and monitoring systems to identify operational issues.
* Act as level 2 support on escalation from level 1
* Provide daily reporting activities to the IT coordinator
* Solve end-user standard requests and incidents
* Perform system monitoring and management activities
* Support other IT entities on daily management of systems
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in IT and at least 2 years of experience with the M365 suite. Knowledge of PowerShell scripting is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide level 2 support on escalated incidents from level 1
Conduct daily reporting activities to ensure timely updates
Solve end-user standard requests and incidents efficiently
Monitor and manage systems to prevent operational issues
Collaborate with other IT entities to manage systems effectively
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT
At least 2 years of experience with the M365 suite
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in French and English
Knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset
