Your role
This role requires a balance of analytical skills, market insight, business acumen, and expertise in data management and architecture, to leverage use cases for data tools and infrastructure as foundation for pricing governance and execution.
By leveraging data, market insights, and strong data architecture frameworks, this professional helps businesses achieve optimal pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability. This requisition is a fulltime position to be located in our global headquarter in Holzminden, Germany.
Data Analysis and Data
* Analyze historical sales data, observe pricing dynamics and market trends to develop pricing strategies.
* Support the implementation of pricing tools as key user.
* Partner with IT and other relevant stakeholders to build pricing data lake and built required functionality.
* Create detailed reports on pricing performance and its impact on revenue and profitability.
* Support the development of pricing models that align with company objectives.
* Support pricing activities from data perspective.
* Support the process of improving pricing related data quality and availability.
Data Management and Architecture
* Design and maintain data architecture frameworks to support product and pricing decisions.
* Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of pricing data across systems.
* Collaborate with IT and database teams to enhance data storage, retrieval, and analysis processes.
* Implement automated solutions for data management to streamline pricing operations.
Financial Modelling and Forecastin g
* Provide forecasts and recommendations to budget planning and investment decisions.
* Assess the financial impact of pricing adjustments and recommend solutions for improvement.
About you
* Bachelor’s degree in fields like Business, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or Information Systems.
* 2–5 years of experience in pricing analysis, data management, market research, or related fields.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful project management.
* Experience working in highly competitive or dynamic markets is an advantage.
* Hands-on experience in designing and maintaining data architecture for pricing and product management.
* Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
* Familiarity with CRM and ERP system functionality.
* Expertise in database management tools and systems, including SQL, NoSQL, and cloud-based solutions.
* Understanding of data architecture frameworks and their application in pricing models.
* Ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.
* Meticulous approach to analyzing complex datasets and understanding nuances in pricing structures.
* Capability to identify challenges and develop innovative pricing solutions.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings to stakeholders effectively.
