Responsibilities:
1. You will support the HR department in its day-to-day business, e.g., personnel administration and contract management
2. You will contribute to the further development of our HR processes
3. You will assist with the entry and maintenance of master data in our HR software
4. You will work on various topics in HR management, such as recruitment
Qualifications:
5. You are enrolled at a university and are studying business administration or a similar subject, preferably with a focus on HR
6. You would like to gain new experience in the field of human resources or expand your existing experience
7. You have good IT skills in MS Office 365
8. You are highly flexible and committed
9. You are fluent in German and have a good command of written and spoken English
10. You will carry out your work on site in Hückelhoven
