YOUR TASKS
* Define and execute the Sales Strategy for Mainlight with International Customers, 2 main customers : Stellantis and Renault.
* Represent the sales function, contributing to strategic decisions and corporate governance.
* Lead and mentor regional sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture and talent development.
* Drive acquisition and growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with cost, timeline, and profitability targets.
* Oversee complex negotiations and strategic partnerships to enhance market position and customer satisfaction.
* Champion digital transformation and process optimization across the sales organization.
* Act as the primary liaison between key customers and internal stakeholders, managing escalations and strategic communications.
* Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within the sales function.
Your Qualifications
* Advanced degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in automotive sales leadership, including direct engagement with European OEMs.
* Proven track record of strategic leadership, team development.
* Deep understanding of production, logistics, and cost optimization within the automotive sector.
* Fluency in English; additional languages such German are a plus.
* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives and drive sustainable growth.
