Type: permanent contract, with 6 months’ probation period
Salary: €50-70k gross per year depending on experience, + performance-based bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:00

Location: Seligenstadt, near Frankfurt
Reporting to: Reporting to the head of Group
Main Responsibilities:
•Promotional activities (across Europe)/prepare presentation materials/ presentations/marketing
•Negotiate prices/services with customers, determine/manage sales prices
•Target programme progress management
•Market research/analysis (customers/competitors), customer interviews/ actual vehicle surveys/exhibition surveys, etc.
•Identification of customer requirements and issues for new product development / organisation of development requirements / development requests
•Technical proposals to customers.
•Support the planning and promotion of various strategies (product strategy/supply strategy)
•Collaboration with operating companies and support until the start of mass production and supply
•Collaboration with relevant departments (R&D, PDO, FTC, YOC, etc.)
•Technical trouble-shooting (in collaboration with PDOs and others)
•Preparation/presentation of internal meeting materials
•Develop and assure smooth relationships with key accounts
•Business trips for Germany, France, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Turkey, United Kingdom, Sweden (25-50%)
Ideal Candidate:
•3 years+ experience in sales, project management, and technical support is must
•Sales experience in the automotive sector (OEM/Tier 1 level) is hugely beneficial
•Business level fluency in English is must, German language is beneficial
•Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and North Africa (approx. 50% of the time)
•Strong communication and presentation skills
