Permanent position, full time · Emmerich am Rhein, Düsseldorf
Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's culture, vision, mission and strategic objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.
To advise Group HR on any updates and changes to National HR policies.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent across Europe.
Implement robust talent management processes, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
Compensation & Benefits:
Oversee the design and administration of competitive and equitable compensation, benefits, and reward programmes to attract and retain high-performing employees.
Lead organisational development efforts, including change management, workforce planning, and the continuous improvement of HR processes in Europe.
Review, formulate, implement and ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of existing HR practices and procedures.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Develop risk management strategies related to HR functions and maintain robust employee.
10+ years of progressive HR experience in a senior leadership role, covering all facets of HR management with proven track records.
~ Solid understanding of industrial, employee and labour relations including manpower regulations and compliance.
~ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
~ Proven expertise in strategic HR planning, talent management, DEI, and organisational development.
~ Strong understanding of compensation and benefits, labour laws, and HR best practices.
~ Proficiency in HR analytics to inform data-driven decision-making.
~ Fluent in German and English.
~ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
