The project aims to advance the further development of Crisis Management (CM) and to complete the implementation of the CM lifecycle. The CM lifecycle includes a regular review of the crisis management plan, preparation of annual crisis management exercises, preparation of crisis management workshops, conducting a lessons learned cycle, an annual review of the crisis management system, and an annual review of crisis risks. Specific Scope of Services without Personal Reference Coordination of all steps defined in the CM lifecycle to maintain CM within the company. Quarterly review of the crisis management plan. Objective evaluation of the crisis management system and development of improvement proposals. Identification and analysis of crisis risks. Development of company-specific templates and presentations along the CM lifecycle. Preparation and follow-up of CM tests and exercises. Development of presentations for use in crisis management workshops. Preparation of crisis management exercises. Documentation and tracking of lessons learned. Consultation and implementation of objective CM improvement potentials. Project-related analysis of the status quo and expert advice on further procedures within the project. Project-related analysis of improvement potentials after completion of the CM lifecycle.
