What you'll do
In the region MEE of Enterprise Cloud Services, we are building up a team which will completely focus on managing critical and escalated private cloud customers throughout the process of get-to-green plans and very actively drive customer, partner and SAP-internal stakeholder (incl. C-level) communication.
As an Associate in the Engagement Safeguarding team, you will support your colleagues and the customer-facing ECS roles in preparation and running of workshops to collect as-is situation and escalation reasons of a customer, setting up and driving a long-term action plan and in preparing regular communication to customer and internal stakeholders. You will gain a good understanding of SAP’s private cloud portfolio, the ITIL processes and roles in the engagement and delivery of cloud services, underlying technology and architecture principles. As part of the job, you will have direct customer interaction – first in the background supporting your colleagues, then slowly taking over more responsibility as you gain experience.
Besides the work with customers, you will also support improvement initiatives with the other ECS units and communicate very closely with the customer-facing teams to apply learnings from the critical customer cases.
