Client Advisor
We are looking for a highly skilled Client Advisor to join our team. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalized advice to customers in their own homes.
* Conduct consultations directly at the client's premises to understand their needs and circumstances.
* Use modern technology to record the client's requirements and take precise measurements.
* Present individual solutions that meet the client's needs, combining empathy and closing skills to ensure lasting client satisfaction.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Class B driving licence and a willingness to travel.
* Several years of sales experience in end-customer business, such as solar systems, windows, kitchens, or furniture.
* A university degree and training or comparable qualification is an advantage.
* Career changers with motivation and energy.
* Strong closing skills, empathy, and goal orientation.
* Digital competence and an independent working style.
* Technical understanding is an advantage.
