Braun SE, we are seeking to appoint a Senior Global Pricing Manager (f/m/d) for the Melsungen and Tuttlingen sites at the earliest opportunity.As Senior Global Pricing Manager (f/m/d), you play a key role in driving commercial excellence by implementing innovative pricing strategies that optimize profitability and growth across the organization. You are responsible for supporting regional and national pricing by leveraging data-based insights, tools and market trends to achieve strategic pricing objectives. Your role contributes to the digital transformation of pricing processes and promotes value-based pricing strategies. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing and product management to ensure a holistic pricing strategy that is aligned with the company's overall objectives.Duties and responsibilities:You will guide a team developing global pricing strategies, including value-based pricing models, price-volume strategies, strategic floor prices and strategic list pricesYou will implement a price optimization program in regional and national organizations to ensure consistency and harmonized alignment across markets and achieve our ambitious price effect targetsYou will strategically deploy price analytics tools to monitor and report on price performance to identify optimization opportunities, and create and maintain pricing reports and platformsYou establish and execute value-based pricing strategies for product and service offeringsYou also foster close communication with relevant stakeholders, such as the global marketing & sales program, regional sales, marketing and consultants, as well as divisional pricing teams, and train each other on market conditions, pricing tools and methodologiesFinally, you will monitor the achievement of your measures at regional and local level to ensure the annually planned price effectsProfessional competencies:You have a successfully completed master's degree or equivalent in business administration, industrial engineering or a similar disciplineYou have several years of professional experience in marketing and sales, pricing or a similar fieldYou have relevant experience in project and change managementYou have a very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages is an advantagePersonal competencies:You are self-confident, articulate, trustworthy and reliableYou enjoy taking on responsibility and you are achievement-orientedYou are a team player, work constructively and drive innovation and changeYou value and take into account a diversity of perspectivesYou are an active learner and always work on your personal developmentBenefits:Corporate networksCompany pension schemeMobility, e.g., B.
