Job Descriptions:
1、Brand Communication and Reputation Management
①Develop and execute public relations strategies for the European market to enhance the awareness and reputation of the Laifen brand and its product lines.
②Monitor public sentiment, handle potential crises, and safeguard the corporate image.
③Collaborate with the global marketing department to ensure the localized implementation of global brand messages in Europe.
2、Media and KOL Relationship Building
①Expand and maintain relationships with mainstream European media, industry - vertical media, or Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
②Plan media events (exhibitions, product launches, interviews, etc.) to convey brand stories and product highlights.
③Lead the writing and localized dissemination of press releases, statements, and other content.
3、PR Activities and Event Marketing
①Plan and execute online and offline PR activities (such as product launches, industry exhibitions, brand collaborations, etc.).
②Create localized marketing events tailored to European market culture to boost user engagement.
4、Cross - department Collaboration and Data Analysis
①Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align PR strategies with business objectives.
②Track and analyze the effectiveness of PR activities, and provide data - driven optimization suggestions.
5、Industry Insights and Compliance
①Continuously monitor European market trends, competitor dynamics, and changes in the media environment.
②Ensure all communication content complies with local laws, regulations, and cultural norms.
Job Requirements:
1、Bachelor’s degree or above, with priority given to majors such as Journalism and Communication, Marketing, International Relations, German, etc.
2、3 - 5 years of PR - related experience, with preference for those having experience in the consumer electronics/technology industry or the European market.
3、Possess a mature network of European media and KOL resources, be familiar with local communication channels; have a thorough understanding of the communication logic of tech media or German media.
4、Excellent English - Chinese bilingual communication skills (both written and oral); proficiency in other European languages (such as German, French) is a plus.
5、Proficient in crisis PR management, with rapid response and decision - making capabilities.
6、Familiar with digital communication tools and social media ecosystems (Meta, X, TikTok, etc.).
