Job Description What are you going to do as head of UX? Develop a clear and actionable UX vision that complements TOPdesk’s overall product strategy! At TOPdesk, innovation and customer-centricity are at the heart of everything we do. You’ll cultivate and consistently communicate the UX vision across the organization, providing strategic direction that empowers decision-making within the UX community. As our brand new head of UX, you’re accountable for demonstrating the achievement of agreed-upon outcomes and product value. You’ll monitor and ensure the quality and consistency of UX across the entire product portfolio, and actively involve UX professionals in co-creating the product strategy. Additionally, you will map UX-related concerns to the product strategy and maintain alignment with the roadmap, while addressing technical challenges that affect the user experience across product. In terms of leadership we expect you to: Champion and implement organizational changes that enhance UX and empower customer centricity. Optimize UX resource allocation, i.e., having the right, relevant and applicable skills and capacities available for the product teams to optimize for reaching UX objectives. Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to UX professionals. Foster professional growth and guidance for UX team members. Ensure UX maturity is set to the appropriate level within the company. Actively support initiatives by providing organizational clarity and presence. Communicate clear expectations and relevant company goals.
