Senior SAP FI / CO Consultant

About the Role
Inoltra is partnered with an international consulting and SAP services provider that has a long track record of delivering large-scale projects across the globe. In this position, you will work closely with Finance and Controlling stakeholders to design, configure, and implement SAP FI / CO solutions — primarily within S / 4HANA transformation projects. You will analyze existing processes, define future process landscapes, lead configuration activities, support testing phases, and provide training and post-go-live assistance.
Must-Have Skills
* 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP FI / CO in implementation or consulting roles
* Strong knowledge of FI and CO processes (GL, AR / AP, Management and Asset Accounting)
* Experience with SAP S / 4HANA transformations or migrations
* Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP configurations
* Experience documenting processes and delivering end‑user training
* Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
* German language skills at C1 level or above (spoken and written)
Nice‑to‑Have
* Knowledge of additional SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) and integration points
* Background in process optimization or template rollouts
* Experience working in international or cross‑functional project teams
* Ability to travel occasionally for workshops and trainings
