<p><br><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Das macht den Job für mich interessant: </strong>Ich arbeite an der Schnittstelle zwischen Marktdesign und Marktumsetzung und gestalte aktiv die Einführung eines Kapazitätsmarktes und ggf. Weiteren Marktdesign-Änderungen in Deutschland. Besonders reizvoll ist für mich, komplexe regulatorische Anforderungen verständlich zu machen und im Austausch mit verschiedenen Marktakteuren Lösungen zu entwickeln. Dabei trage ich dazu bei, dass Prozesse rechtzeitig etabliert und von den Stakeholdern verstanden und angewendet werden können und habe darüber hinaus Einfluss auf eine effiziente Weiterwicklung des Kapazitätsmarktes. </span></p>
<p><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Meine Aufgaben:</strong></span></p>

<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ich gestalte die Stakeholderkommunikation zur Einführung und perspektivisch zur (Weiter-)Entwicklung des Kapazitätsmarktes und stelle sicher, dass Marktpartner frühzeitig eingebunden und informiert werden,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ich konzipiere und organisiere Informationsveranstaltungen und Webinare für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen wie Verteilnetzbetreiber, Bilanzkreisverantwortliche, Vermarkter und Lieferanten und führe diese eigenständig und ggf. unter Einbezug von Fachspezialist*innen durch. Dabei bereite ich komplexe Inhalte zielgruppengerecht und verständlich auf,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ich prüfe systematisch, welche Informationen veröffentlicht werden müssen und entwickle geeignete Formate zur Bereitstellung dieser Inhalte,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ich erstelle und pflege FAQ-Dokumente sowie weitere Informationsmaterialien, um wiederkehrende Fragestellungen strukturiert zu beantworten,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ich fungiere als zentrale Anlaufstelle für Marktpartner-Anfragen, nehme diese entgegen, koordiniere die inhaltliche Klärung innerhalb von 50Hertz und stelle eine konsistente und zeitnahe Rückmeldung sicher,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Ich arbeite mit hoher Priorität daran, dass die notwendigen Kommunikations- und Informationsprozesse bis zur Einführung der Präqualifikationsprozesse sowie der Auktion etabliert und funktionsfähig sind,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Perspektivisch wirke ich an der operativen Umsetzung von Prozessen im Kapazitätsmechanismus mit, z. B. im Bereich Präqualifikation oder XB-Beteiligung.</span></li>

<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in Energiewirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikation oder vergleichbar,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement, in der Kommunikation oder im Projektumfeld, idealerweise in der </span><br><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Energiewirtschaft,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich und zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Sehr gute Organisations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten (z. B. Workshops, Webinare),</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Umsetzungsorientierung,</span></li>
