A well-established Japanese company is currently recruiting a HR Specialist to work in their Dusseldorf office.
In this role, you will be responsible for personnel planning and support of hiring processes, advising and supporting employees and managers on HR-related issues, preparing employment contracts, maintaining personnel files, implementing personnel measures, supervising appraisal processes, and participating in the digitalisation of internal work processes.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in personnel management or human resources, skills in labour law, fluency in English and German, and excellent communication abilities.
TYPE: full-time, Permanent (6 months’ probation period)
WORKING HOURS: 38.5 SALARY: up to €84k, depending on experience + benefits

LOCATION: Düsseldorf, Germany (hybrid working style: 3 days at the office)
HR Specialist Main Responsibilities:
●Personnel planning and support of hiring processes
●Advising and supporting employees and managers on HR-related issues
●Preparation of employment contracts
●Maintaining and managing personnel files and internal systems
●Implementation of individual personnel measures
●Supervision of appraisal processes
●Satisfaction analysis
●Revision and creation of internal rules
●Communicating with the HR departments within our European corporate structure
●Participation in the digitalisation of internal work processes
HR Specialist Ideal Candidate:
●Successfully completed degree in personnel management or commercial training
●Sound knowledge in the areas of labour, collective bargaining, social security and tax law
●Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
●Excellent conflict management and very good communication skills
●Self-confident demeanour
●High degree of independence, initiative and commitment
●Quick comprehension skills
●Proactive, structured and goal-orientated way of working
