Your profile
MUST HAVES
* Completed IT training or a comparable qualification in the IT environment
* (First) professional experience in IT support
* Confident communication and ability to work in a team
* Very good knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems, DNS and AD
* Knowledge of cloud services such as Microsoft Azure
* Fluent in English. Fluency German will be much appreciated
NICE TO HAVE
* Knowledge of network and Internet technologies and their protocols•
* First Knowledge in scripting such as PowerShell
* Experience in ITSM support

As a 2nd Level Support Engineer at Matrix42, you will join a team of very resourceful engineers responsible for assisting customers in the IT service management (ITSM) environment. The 2nd Level IT support engineer assists both domestic and international clients.
