Quality Engineer Position
We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team.
About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
* Creation of measurement programs (Mahr Form, Keyence IM, Opticline Tolaris, Zeiss Calypso)
* Maintenance of CAQ-QM-Software
* Conducting product audits and requalification tests
* Creating quality planning documents, test plans, first sample test reports (EMPB), and approvals
* Facilitating failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA)
* Identifying and analyzing vulnerabilities in our quality processes
* Implementing optimization measures and change management
* Betraying statistical evaluations (e.g. SPC, MFU; MSA)
* Participation in expert rounds, new part projects, and process changes
* Supporting sales during initial sample testing
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Techncial training with a focus on manufacturing, ideally followed by certification as a technician or equivalent qualification
* Practical experience in quality management with specialized training (e.g. DGQ) desired, but also welcome beginners
* Able to work independently, take responsibility, and demonstrate teamwork skills
* Familiarity with quality techniques and standards, as well as regulations
* Experience with programming various measuring devices an asset (Form-measuring machine, contour measuring device, roughness measuring device)
* Good IT skills (SAP, MS Office, CAQ experience ideal)
