Global Key Account Manager
As a Global Key Account Manager, you will oversee strategic partnerships with leading global manufacturers. You’ll collaborate closely with these organizations to develop efficient, tailored supply chain solutions that support the movement of critical components, finished products, and aftermarket services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute detailed account plans aligned with customer goals and global strategy.
2. Build strong relationships across procurement, production, logistics, and aftersales teams.
3. Manage long-term, multi-country service agreements and commercial contracts.
4. Deliver customized logistics solutions for complex and high-value shipments.
5. Provide visibility and coordination across supplier networks and distribution channels.
6. Oversee specialized packaging, warehousing, and international distribution strategies.
Required Qualifications
7. Experience in global account management, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
8. Proven success managing cross-border logistics and supply chain operations.
9. Familiarity with OEM operations, aftermarket support models, and supplier ecosystems.
10. Understanding of transport, warehousing, and integrated IT/logistics platforms.
11. Ability to work collaboratively in global, matrixed environments and influence stakeholders.
