* Lead global governance, process and plant safety, compliance, and hazardous substances management across all international sites.
* Manage business continuity by ensuring strategic emergency preparedness and integration with critical infrastructure requirements.
Develop and maintain global standards for hazardous substance handling, storage, disposal, and industrial hygiene.
Provide leadership in process and plant safety, including ATEX guidelines and ongoing audits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee global HSE audits, standardizing processes and addressing systemic risks.
* Guide major HSE projects to ensure strategic alignment and resource allocation.
* Lead site and regional HSE managers with clear objectives and dotted-line leadership.
Drive development and rollout of the STADA HSE program aligned with corporate goals and site-specific needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership in hazardous material management, working together with authorities and leading audits.
Strong project management and leadership skills across hierarchies and countries.
Fluency in English is required, German desirable but not essential.
