Tasks
1. Take on smaller process-related tasks in the Center of Excellence
2. Support optimization and transformation projects in Procurement
3. Drive the digitalization of procurement with a focus on the development of web-based training
4. Support in the administration of our learning management system Ecadia
5. Support in the design of training materials and workshops
6. Promote of training offers in our communication channels
7. Participation in international team meetings, training formats, and, where applicable, learning and development fairs

Requirements
In order to complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship.
12. Immatriculation for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
13. Experience in marketing and/or training desirable
14. Very good analytical skills, quick comprehension
15. High level of initiative, flexibility and sense of responsibility
16. Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people
17. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
18. Passion and creativity for innovative solutions
19. Very good IT skills (MS Office)
