Are you ready to add your unique flavor to our journey? We are looking for a D&BT Senior Analyst - Sales, Finance & Marketing for our region Central & Northern Europe. The role will report to the IT Sales, Marketing, F&A Manager and is based in Cologne. Key Accountabilities: Project Management Manage ad hoc digital or process transformation projects originating both locally and globally. Support in running projects and solutions working closely with local D&BT Manager. Ensure global policies are followed and local policies are updated and implemented. Data & Analytics Own regional data & analytics initiatives with a focus on customer data, ensuring integrity, structure and usability within our Region. In collaboration with IT Partners to Functions, identify business needs and transform them into technical requirements. Collaborate with different stakeholders within the organization and external partners to develop technical solutions to enhance data flows and reporting. AI Act as regional referent and ambassador for AI productivity tools, promoting advanced usage across functions. Support business in understanding and adopting modern AI features and advanced capabilities beyond basic usage. Identify opportunities to automate recurring tasks and improve decision making through AI-driven solutions. Train users on advanced capabilities. Support Support existing solutions in the finance, sales and marketing areas including troubleshooting, vendor coordination, configuration, functional testing. Support SAP processes and solutions with a focus on the FI-CO module. Work closely with Service desk partner to ensure delivery to the organization. Your Profile: University degree in Information Technology, Analytics, Business, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in IT or a similar role. Project Management skills Knowledge of SAP Hana FI-CO modules is a plus. Other production environments or applications are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as structured and detail oriented ways of working. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong can-do attitude, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English, German or Swedish skills is a plus.
