In this early‑career role, you will support Siemens Energy in scaling the FACTS portfolio by consolidating resource requirements across functions and contributing to bid and tender readiness. You will collaborate closely with Tender Management, Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, and Sales to create transparency between demand and capacity and to monitor ramp‑up programs that enable sustainable and profitable growth.How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Consolidation of resource requirements for the FACTS portfolio (demand vs. capacity by function, location, and time)
2. Support of portfolio‑level scenario planning and identification of risks such as bottlenecks, overbooking, and ramp‑up gaps
3. Coordination and monitoring of resource ramp‑up initiatives, including hiring, onboarding, and training/qualification activities
4. Provision of planning inputs for tenders, including alignment of resource assumptions, schedules, and execution‑readiness perspectives with Tender Managers
5. Preparation of management‑ready reporting, dashboards, and briefings, as well as support of governance forums with fact‑based insights
6. Continuous improvement of planning routines, templates, and data quality to enhance transparency and decision‑making
What You Bring
7. University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data/Analytics, or a comparable field
8. Strong analytical and structuring capabilities with confident use of Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge as an advantage
9. Initial practical experience through internships, working student roles, or early professional exposure in planning, PMO, operations, or tender/project environments
10. Curiosity for both technical and business topics and confidence in working with diverse stakeholders
11. Proactive, self‑starting mindset with clear and effective communication skills in English; German language skills as a plus
12. Willingness to collaborate in an international environment and readiness for occasional travel
