Mission:
* Support and further develop our digital sales tools (CRM, SFA, TPM) – e.g. Salesforce and Acumen Invest
* Participate in a cross-functional Task Force to optimise Trade Promotion Management (TPM) processes, tools, and data flows
* Analyse and understand our sales and promotion processes and translate them into efficient digital solutions
* Collaborate closely with internal business teams, IT partners, and external vendors to deliver improvements
* Ensure accurate data flows between systems and contribute to improving data quality and reliability
* Maintain documentation and support user training and onboarding
Über Dich
* Initial professional experience or strong interest in CRM, SFA, or TPM systems (Salesforce and Acumen Invest are a plus)
* Interest in sales and promotion processes in the retail or FMCG sector
* Basic understanding of system integration and data exchange between applications
* Team-oriented mindset, eagerness to learn, and initiative
* Good communication skills in English (German is an advantage)
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and digitally minded way of working
Are you eligible for a V.I.E?
V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.
* You must be aged 18 to 28.
* You must have completed national service obligation.
* You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
* You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E.
* You have never done a V.I.E before.
What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E?
o There are no taxes and charges on salary, as a V.I.E your social security is covered by April international.
o You will be granted with 2.5 days off per month.
o Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid.
o The cost of your back-and-forth flight or train tickets is covered.
