About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Architect to join our e2e Platform Integration Lighthouse team: Someone who combines architectural thinking with hands-on engineering, is passionate about standardization, scalability, and solving complex integration challenges in AI-driven initiatives.
As part of a global team, you will support cross-solution integration programmes across Planning and Execution, collaborate with Product Development and early-adopter customers, and help build reusable integration accelerators for the Blue Yonder Platform.
You may come from a functional, technical, or hybrid background, but you are comfortable connecting solution design with integration concepts and leveraging AI to enable simpler, scalable implementations. This role is ideal for architects who want to expand their end-to-end impact while staying close to engineering, delivery, and customer engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
e2e Platform Lighthouse & Integration
1. Support complex integration programmes across the Blue Yonder solution space (Planning + Execution).
2. Actively collaborate with the field teams and customers to drive adoption of our new solutions and platform capabilities.
3. Guide Professional Services during first and early implementations, ensuring sound design decisions and scalable integration approaches.
4. Provide architectural oversight for customer engagements, ensuring standardized and scalable patterns across teams.
5. Share your knowledge within the Lighthouse team as well as ensure that your colleagues from Professional Services get to know what you explore and learn.
6. Collaborate across teams to ensure requirements, dependencies, and improvement areas are well understood and actioned.
7. Supporting legacy customers in their transition toward new Cognitive solution adoption.
Standardization & Acceleration
8. Capture knowledge from implementations and convert them into reusable artfacts.
9. Design and develop templates and artifacts towards reusability and automation that:Reduce implementation timelinesDecrease configuration effort (“number of clicks”)Improve quality and post Go-live stability
10. Contribute to automation and intelligent agents that simplify complex integration scenarios.
11. Work with Product Development to test, validate, and provide structured feedback on integration features across the Blue Yonder Platform.
AI & Agentic Adoption
12. Propose and build agents and tools that drive standardization and scalability, while reducing effort and complexity in implementations.
13. Contribute to shaping how AI-driven scenarios are responsibly introduced into customer implementations.
14. Support the evolution toward more resilient, simplified, and guided delivery models.
What You Need for the Role:
Experience & Skills
15. 5+ years of experience in implementing, integrating, or supporting enterprise Supply Chain solutions (Planning, Execution, Control Tower/Network, SCPO, or related systems).
16. Experience in configuring solutions, troubleshooting, and integration testing.
17. Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in Supply chain.
18. Solid understanding of integration patterns (APIs, data flows, batch vs. real-time concepts).
19. Familiarity with Blue Yonder Platform & Services (Snowflake, Kafka, Stratosphere, LIAM, CIS, EFS, Bulk/Streaming, Transform & Distribute) is a strong advantage.
20. Experience with coding or scripting (e.g., Python), AI-Agents/LLM Frameworks to build automation tools, agents is an advantage.
21. Experience working with or around Blue Yonder solutions is a strong advantage.
22. Exposure to multi-solution integration concepts is an advantage.
