Our company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to coordinate the daily activities of our European institution.

Key responsibilities include:
* Preparation of briefing papers for meetings and business trips
* Finalisation, distribution, and filing of documents and reports prepared by staff members
In addition to these duties, we also require the candidate to capture statistics and work plan updates, monitor procedures, and cooperate with colleagues to maintain a smooth working atmosphere.
Candidates should possess strong organisational skills, excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have good written and spoken English skills.
The ideal candidate will be highly responsible, efficient, and able to multitask effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
* Secondary education complemented by a 2-year certification or equivalent experience in a relevant field
* At least 3 years of administrative experience
* Strong sense of initiative and responsibility
