Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Security Services Manager to oversee the delivery of managed security services to our customers.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our organization
* Collaborate closely with the Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager, Project Managers, and other teams
* Analyze and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with customer needs
* Present periodic reports to customers, summarizing key findings and recommendations
* Manage, respond to, and transmit customer security requests within our organization
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in IT security or a related field, along with proven experience in IT security, security management, telecommunications, and cybersecurity topics. Knowledge of hardware/software systems, security infrastructure, and relevant certifications like ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Lead Implementer, ISO/IEC 27005:2011 Risk Manager, and ITILv3 is essential. Fluency in English and French is also required.
