For more information on FSC visit our website at.To effectively meet the challenge of protecting the worlds forests we are committed to ensuring we have the worlds most skilled people working with us.We are looking for an engaged Marketing and Communications Manager with solid expertise and a passion for FSCs mission to join our Communications Programme and work with us in a multinational environment.Main Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo lead the execution of marketing and communication programs from start to finish leveraging internal and external support and driving collaboration.To lead the creation of a variety of engaging written communications and visual content ensuring quality accuracy and compelling storytelling that aligns with corporate messaging.Coordinate and oversee the storytelling projects including identifying potential stories brief development story gathering photo and video production writing and publication.Contribute to the creation edition curation and design of content for news items, articles, editorials, newsletters, websites, publications, factsheets, brochures and infographics.Coordinate and develop the social media plan including social and digital media content, campaign ideation, creation, timely posting, oversight of social media channels, effective community management, promotion and reporting.Maintain a content production calendar with an organized schedule of cadenced messaging needs.Proactively drive a continuous feedback loop to develop campaign KPIs, assess the effectiveness of the campaigns and make recommendations to improve based on goals and objectives.Lead the production of videos and podcasts for communication channels from the script to the final version of the assets.Support the engagement and collaboration with diverse stakeholders through marketing and communication campaigns to enhance network relationships.Manage media platforms to disseminate FSC international news and timely relevant topics to Taiwan stakeholders and audience.Support and collaborate with local FSC staff in market development efforts.Align Taiwan’s marketing and communications strategy with regional and global priorities.Work with regional office and collaborate with FSC regional teams on APAC and global initiatives.Additional tasks as agreed with the supervisor.Your profileBachelors Degree (or above) in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or other related fields.Minimum 3-4 years of experience in communications, social media management or marketing, preferably in sustainability, forestry or NGO sectors.Fluency in English; writing skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English.Ability to create visual and multimedia content.Knowledge of digital marketing, social media tools and local media landscape.Open-minded and communicative personality with a high degree of B2B and B2C orientation.High level of competence with Microsoft Office suite.Familiarity with social media monitoring tools and MailChimp or similar newsletter creating systems.Competence in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Why usAt FSC youll join a global mission-driven organization working to protect forests biodiversity and livelihoods worldwide.
