About the role This position is envisioned as a part-time or full-time role, ideally suited for a working student currently studying marketing, communications, or a related field, or a marketing intern looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. The Working Student will be coached and managed by relevant team members in Marketing. Below is a role description of the ideal candidate, who would support a range of marketing campaigns, including content and events functions of the team. You are a great fit great with the following skills and qualifications Responsibilities Transcribe, repurpose, and publish editorial content across formats (blogs, whitepapers, videos, podcasts, social posts, newsletters). Manage web and blog content pages on WordPress, ensuring SEO best practices for driving traffic Create and schedule social media content; support LinkedIn community engagement and influencer research. Assist with marketing campaigns and webinars, and with event planning/execution (including on-site support in Berlin). Maintain contact lists, research leads, and update these on CRM systems including HubSpot. Provide general ad-hoc marketing and administrative support across multi-channel projects. Requirements Fluent in English (native or bilingual proficiency). Strong written communication skills and attention to detail; and able to follow brand guidelines adapt tone to brand voice. Interest in marketing, editorial, events, publishing, innovation, and B2B tech/business. Goal-oriented, proactive, flexible, quick learner with strong teamwork and feedback skills (able to take and receive feedback constructively). Tech-savvy - Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, Figma/Canva, LinkedIn, Excel, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) strongly preferred Bonus: basic design or video editing skills.
