Drive Executive Communications for a Global Technology Leader
Körber is a fast‑growing international technology group. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager, CEO Communications to shape the global voice of our CEO, elevate his digital presence, and strengthen his impact with employees, customers, partners, and key external audiences.
This is a high‑visibility role with direct influence on the executive narrative of a multi-billion-Euro company.
Your role in our team
Executive Positioning & Strategic Storytelling
* Develop a clear, credible, and differentiated executive voice for the CEO
* Build messaging frameworks, content pillars, and long‑term communication roadmaps
* Identify and translate business priorities, industry trends, and strategic moments into compelling narratives
* Shape and articulate Körber’s long‑term vision LIFE2035across audiences and channels
Executive Content & Digital Presence
* Create high‑quality content across formats: speeches, scripts, interviews, LinkedIn posts, internal messages, and leadership communications
* Expand the CEO’s digital presence with strong focus on LinkedIn thought leadership
* Develop modern serial storytelling formats: behind‑the‑scenes content, deep dives, video snippets, on‑site coverage
Quality, Insights & Continuous Improvement
* Produce or oversee production of short‑form video and multimedia content
* Tailor messaging to diverse audiences across the US, Europe, and Asia
* Monitor analytics, assess performance, and continuously refine communication strategy
* Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency, creativity, and content diversification
Your profile
Required Qualifications
* Significant experience in corporate communications, preferably with C‑suite exposure
* Strong journalistic, editorial, or copywriting background
* Ability to simplify and narrate complex technology- and B2B‑focused topics
* Digital communications expertise, including social media trends and algorithms
* International mindset and experience working across cultures (US, Europe, Asia)
* Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus

* Strategic thinker with exceptional storytelling skills
* Empathetic communicator with the ability to authentically capture an executive voice
* Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast‑changing environments
