Junior Health & Safety Advisor
Reporting To: Health & Safety Manager
Location: Greater Frankfurt Area, Germany
Working Pattern: Rotation-based role on major construction projects across Germany and Europe.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Junior Health & Safety Advisor to join our team and support the safe delivery of major construction projects in Germany.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Health & Safety professional looking to develop their career within a fast-paced international construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety procedures on site.
* Assist with site inspections, audits and safety observations.
* Help ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements and local regulations.
* Support the preparation and review of risk assessments, method statements and safety documentation.
* Monitor site activities and report any unsafe acts or conditions.
* Assist with accident, incident and near-miss investigations.
* Deliver site inductions and support toolbox talks where required.
* Maintain accurate Health & Safety records and reports.
* Work closely with site management teams, subcontractors and operatives to promote a positive safety culture.
Requirements
* NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Health & Safety qualification is mandatory.
* Degree, diploma or qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Management or a related discipline would be advantageous.
* 1+ years' experience in a construction, Health & Safety or site-based role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good organisational and administrative abilities.
* Ability to work confidently with site teams and subcontractors.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
* Knowledge of construction Health & Safety legislation and industry best practice.
* Fluent English is essential.
* Full, clean driving licence.
* Willingness to work on a rotation basis and travel as required across Germany and Europe.
