Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? ® Vishay is currently seeking applicants for a Market Development Manager Industrial (m/w/d) located in Selb or Heide.
What you will be doing:
1. Coverage of global industrial business for Draloric/Beyschlag Resistors
2. Close collaboration with Regional Marketing, Strategic Global Account Managers, Area Sales Managers, Field Application Engineers, Direct Customers and Distribution Customers
3. Continous market observation and evaluation of market opportunities
4. Gain application and product knowledge for promotion and design-in of products and provide ideas for new prodct developments
5. Ensure constant communication and drive awareness for all product lines within the responsible business unit
6. Create global product marketing campaigns together with Marketing Communication department
7. Drive regular cross-functional collaboration within the entire organization
8. Help to define focus customers and go to market strategies including business plans
9. Deep technical support and knowledge sharing with internal and external parties
What you will bring along:
10. Completed studies (at least Bachelor) in electronic engineering, business administration and engineering, product marketing or related fields
11. Ability to fully understand and communicate technical products and solutions
12. Highly self driven and able to manage projects and teams independently
13. Team player with outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
14. Ability to work in an international team
15. Research & Analytical Skills
16. Willingness to travel globally
17. Business fluent English and fluent German language skills
