The Vistex Training Engagement Manager is responsible for training plans, development, and execution of employee and customer training courses. This individual works with leadership within Vistex and with our customers in identifying their specific training needs and target audience(s) to create a training plan including appropriate media to maximize training impact. The Training Engagement Manager manages project lifecycles, develops course materials, facilitates training, and evaluates training programs effectiveness. Responsibilities : Meets with stakeholders (Vistex and Customers) to identify training need and scope of training for standard courses and custom courses). Manages the discovery, development, and execution processes; including target audience needs analysis, learning objectives, material development, consultant reviews, customer reviews, and delivery of training. Develop detailed project plans to ensure project is completed within the project deadline. Works proactively with GTMS Training Manager, Director Learning & Development, and other Vistex stakeholders on the allocation of Training resources needed for successful projects. Manages training projects including developing course materials and conducting training. Develop training and standardization guidelines for Training Resources on how to work as an efficient team on training projects. Conducts follow-up studies of completed training to evaluate and measure results. Responsible for reporting of project hours for monthly billing, metrics and close out of projects. Continuously evaluates process for effectiveness and alignment of projected activity hours to identify ways to improve processes and adjustments for future project projections. Communicates, supports, and exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization. Teach standard solution application courses to varying audiences and skill levels on the business processes and configuration needed to implement and utilize Vistex software applications. Coaches and mentors team members. Handle related duties as assigned. Willing to travel when needed (10 - 50%)
