Business Manager Position
The role of a Business Manager involves strategic insight, operational execution, and stakeholder engagement across the risk landscape. This high-impact position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of the bank's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Insight & Information Management:
o Develop forward-looking positions on complex topics, challenge assumptions, and prepare concise briefings.
o Monitor internal and external developments, flagging relevant risks or opportunities for discussion.
o Research and prepare materials for diverse topics, ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders.
* Operational Support & Execution:
o Prepare high-quality content, coordinating inputs from across the business line.
o Ensure the Executive is fully briefed on meetings and urgent topics.
o Coordinate and participate in meetings, taskforces, and workgroups internally and externally.
* Stakeholder Management & Communication:
o Serve as a trusted liaison between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders.
o Build a strong network within the Executive's departments and across the bank.
o Facilitate alignment, cascade key messages, and ensure two-way communication.
* Project Leadership:
o Independently lead and drive complex, high-stakes projects aligned with the Executive's strategic priorities.
o Take ownership of key issues before escalation and proactively propose solutions.
o Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving, and leadership readiness.
