We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support us in designing, analyzing, and improving our process landscape. Your role will involve working closely with our team to develop and establish a future-proof process framework that meets the highest standards of Automotive SPICE compliance and efficiency.

In this position, you will have the chance to contribute to the development of optimized and agile processes for software development, as well as define common standards for MB.OS. You will work on various customer projects, supporting the team in creating process models, use cases, process descriptions, and training documents.

Your tasks will include:

* Support in As-Is Process Mapping and Modeling: Collaborate with the team to map and model our current processes, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.

* Process Analysis and Development of E2E Processes: Work with the team to analyze and improve our existing processes, ensuring they meet the required standards for Automotive SPICE compliance and efficiency.
">
* Development of Process Models and Training Documents: Support the team in creating process models, use cases, process descriptions, and training documents for various customer projects.
">
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong analytical mindset and be able to work strategically. You will also need excellent written and spoken German and English skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Ongoing studies in engineering, computer science, or a comparable degree program.

* Interest in the automotive industry and software development.
