Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to support our General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our Luxembourg office.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage meeting scheduling, organisation, preparation and follow-up ensuring seamless execution of priorities and processes.
* Prepare meetings and agendas by collating and analysing relevant information and data.
* Participate in and produce minutes/action plans for decision-making purposes.
* Monitor and track the implementation of action items, resolutions and recommendations.
Operational Governance
* Ensure compliance with internal rules, policies and procedures as set out in the Partnership Agreement.
* Provide expert advice on corporate governance matters, best practices and industry standards.
* Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
* Coordinate Business Continuity Planning activities, maintaining business continuity during disruptions.
