Job Description
* You will be responsible for setting up as well as continuously maintaining and developing our technical infrastructure at the Freiburg office - also at other locations if required.
* You will be the point of contact for our employees for various problems and questions relating to hardware and systems.
* You will be responsible for ordering, issuing, inventorying, maintaining and replacing IT equipment.
* As part of identity/access management, you will maintain and manage user data, authorizations, etc.
* Ensure that all endpoints comply with global security policies, including software installations, antivirus updates and patch management.
* You will also drive forward national and international projects together with your colleagues.
* You will create and maintain all necessary documentation and training materials.
Qualifications
* You have completed an apprenticeship in the IT sector or have proof of comparable knowledge through relevant professional experience.
* You have initial professional experience in client management and in the network/VPN environment.
* You are very familiar with Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Sharepoint, Azure AD, Teams, Endpoint Manager).
* You are characterized by a high service orientation and solution-oriented work.
* You speak fluent German and very good English.
