This lovely family are looking for an experienced and energetic Norland-trained, Rota Nanny for their four children: B2, B4, G7 & G8 years.
* Working hours: 2 weeks on/off rota.
The children are happy, healthy and in good routines. It is a team effort with Mum regarding caring for the children, the nanny would not be expected to have all 4 children on their own. When the older children are at school/nursery, the nanny will spend much of their time with the youngest child. The nanny will be responsible for all nursery duties. The nanny should be highly organised, enjoy being outdoors, sporty and active and a team player with a. Longevity is very important to the family – one of their nannies (a Norlander) had been with them for 4 years left recently as wanted to be back in the UK and the other nanny (also a Norlander) has been with them for just under 2 years (since they started a rota system) and she is leaving to go on maternity leave. The nannies would be very happy to speak to any interested candidates.
About the family:
* The eldest child (G8 y-o) loves horse riding and spends much of her time at the stables. She is very independent, organised and is very caring towards her younger siblings.
* The 6 y-o (G) enjoys lots of after-school activities and loves to be outdoors.
* The 4 y-o (B) loves any type of sport and being active.
* The youngest child, B nearly 2 y-o, just loves to be with his big brother and sisters, being part of their sibling gang!
* This is a well-staffed household with a chef, housekeeper & security team, therefore it would be beneficial if the nanny already has experience of working in busy staffed households.
Travel:
The family enjoys travelling in most school holidays both in Europe and further afield. In the winter the family like to ski as they are located close to the mountains. The nanny does not need to be a skier but needs to be happy to be in the Alps over the winter period. The nanny would need to be flexible over the summer period as the family will travel and both nannies may be required to work over this period.
Other:
* A driver is required and the nanny will need to be happy and confident to drive in Europe and the UK.
* There are 2 dogs, but these would not be the responsibility of the nanny.
* Nanny accommodation is a bedroom and ensuite bathroom in the main house.
