* Develop new business opportunities and secure orders, including adjacent industries
* Prepare and negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and forecasts in close alignment with internal stakeholders
* Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and handling complaints professionally
* Monitor market trends and competitors, sharing insights to support strategic decisions
* Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems
* Represent the company at trade shows and cross-functional meetings
* Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to execute regional strategy
