Deine Aufgaben:
* Unterstützung des Sekretariats Ulm
* Reiseabrechnung, Reisebuchung, Bestellungen, Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Meetings und Events
* Versandtätigkeiten
* Administrative Tätigkeiten zum ordnungsgemäßen Ablauf i Office Ulm
