About the Role
Procurement Excellence (Contract Management Support) Operational & Administrative Support.
Your Team
HARMAN Automotive Procurement Excellence.
What You Will Do
* Help in documenting, mapping and development of procurement contract processes and workflows.
* Support ongoing projects including sanity checks, data enhancement and policies creation.
* Assist in updating project timelines and status reports related to procurement contracts.
* Engage with internal stakeholders across Procurement and Legal regarding contract-related topics.
What You Need to Be Successful
* Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain concepts (preferred) or in business administration.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially with Excel and Power Point.
* AI user experience
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work as part of an international team.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
